Dear Team Chaitanya,

Today Chaitanya is a well know microfinance institution. Well-Known for our strong governance, solid processes and good culture. We have built this over the past 13 years. Even in terms of portfolio growth, which in our early days we were considered to be slow, today we are among the top. However, we always believe that growth has to be quality growth. We need to grow to maintain our governance, processes and culture. Although we are a reasonably large entity today, in comparison to the size of the market, we are still small. Only organisations which can maintain quality will be able to grow at a compounded rate irrespective of the market opportunity. That opportunity is in front of us and we should give our best to emerge as one of the largest and best-managed microfinance institutions in the coming years. I urge each one of you to be part of the journey and give your best to create an outstanding Chaitanya which we can be proud of. This will take hard work and smart work.
