Chain of Lakes ABA Therapy was founded in 2024 to meet the needs of families in our community. Our mission is to provide quality Applied Behavior Analysis services, focusing on parent education and teaching children utilizing a play based approach. With 15+ years of experience working with children and adults, it is our honor to assist and support families in our communities utilizing a variety of services (found below).
Services provided:
Behavior consultation and assessment of current skill levels
Recommendations regarding problematic behaviors (such as aggression or self-injury)
Creation of Skill Acquisitive Plans to teach prosocial play and language
In-depth in-person parent training that focuses on the parent-child relationship
Access to learning modules that can provide guidance either independently or along side the in-person parent training portion of our serves
Direct intervention provided in the child's home (minimum of 10 hours per week)
Providing support to families who are undergoing the Individualized Education Plan process
Referrals to others service providers who may be helpful along your families journey
We do not provide medical treatment or pharmaceutical intervention.

Global Developmental Delay (GDD)
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD or ADHD)
Opposition Defiance Disorder (ODD)
Language Delay
Ages we work with:
Direct services provided to children 2-5 years old (some exceptions may apply depending on insurance).
Behavior consultation provided for children between the ages of 2 and 18 years.
Parent training to parents of children between the ages of 2 and 18 years.
Insurances plans accepted : Currently we are working on the credentialing progress through FowardHealth, UnitedHealth, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Private pay and other service agreements may also be available depending on what your insurance carrier allows. When contacting us please have a copy of your insurance card on hand so we can assist in determining if your insurance covers any portion of our services.
