Please remember to have parents send an email to the Chromebook repairs email (chromebookrepair@cgrove417.org) instead of to me directly. This will hopefully help me see it faster. Also, you can put in a ticket with the student name and a basic description of the issue and I can reach out to them via email as well.

I would prefer to work directly with the student/parent and not have a staff member as a go between if possible. It usually will make the problem solving much easier.
