First decorate your paper plate. Try to use patterns and make it colorful. After you will place your popsicle stick toward the bottom of your plate. You want to make sure that enough popsicle stick is off of our plate to use as a handle. Once placed tape your popsicle stick to your paper plate. You will need to blow up your balloon and tie it. After you have all of these parts it's time to play. If you do not have a net, it's ok try to just keep your ballon going by passing back and forth to a partner or family member.
