Analyse the facilities you might provide/design as part of your proposal.
Analyse the needs of the users and stakeholders ( local community, iwi, visitors and regular users).
Analyse how you might design something that is in keeping with this area and its opportunities.
Analyse any restrictions or difficulties the area creates for any design proposal.
Write specifications for the design you must produce.
