We understand that it can be challenging at times to pull kids away from their technology. On this page, we have put together resources to help limit their exposure to sedentary activities and get them moving throughout the day. From daily challenges like Drop Everything and Move (DEAM) and Health.Moves.Minds to fitness videos that you can complete in your own living room, there is something for the whole family to do! Remember, kids and teens should strive for 60 minutes of physical activity a day, but it does not have to be completed all at one time.
