Five Beliefs of Leadership

(1) Lead by example: After reading dozens of principals’ school management experience, “leading by example” is the golden rule in almost all discussions about leadership. Taking this as a guideline that asking yourself before asking others, you will be able to seize the opportunities of leadership.

(2) Service-oriented: The beginning principal, who does not know everyone, takes service as the starting point, sincerely cares for colleagues, listens to colleagues' voices, seizes the opportunity to solve problems for teachers, and wins the hearts of the staff. Thus, your education concept can be promoted.

(3) Contingency leadership: flexibility is allowed due to differences in time, space, background, and personnel. Thus, being “proactive and guarding” and “changing and unchanging” is the highest state of leadership art.

(4) Right man for the right job: listen to the subordinates’ words, observe their actions, and set a human resource pool. Put the right people in the right place and let them make the best use of their talents. In addition to improving administrative efficiency, it also contributes to subordinates’ centripetal force of the school that they gain a sense of achievement in their work.

(5) Management by Wandering Around: Walk around the whole school all the time, care everywhere, communicate with others face to face, find problems, face them, and solve them.

School Business Philosophy

(1) Be student-centered and practice all-around education

Students are the priority of all school planning, and the balanced development of 5-dimention education is emphasized in order to implement all-around education.

(2) Implement institutionalized operation to shape high-quality administration

The administration emphasizes institutionalization in order to improve work efficiency and play the role of "supporting teaching".

(3) Provide diversified learning through professional teaching

Teachers' major is to guarantee students' learning, and teaching activities are the core of schoolwork. Thus, it is essential to improve teachers' professional knowledge and develop students' potential.

(4) Promote teamwork with the guidance of multiple participation

Adhere to parent-teacher cooperation, and the concept of respect and tolerance. Integrate resources of administration, teacher association, and parent association through participation, notification, and consultation, which will activate the vitality of education.

(5) Establish school characteristics to ensure sustainable development

According to the characteristics of students and communities, gradually develop the characteristics of school to promote the innovation of school affairs and the sustainable development of school.
