The CGCC Coding Club is a student organization dedicated to fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for students exploring the fields of Computer Science and Information Technology. Its purpose is to provide members with essential technical and professional skills for career development through various activities and events held throughout the semester. These include hands-on coding activities, independent projects, guest speakers from the industry, and alumni sharing their experiences. The club also organizes resume writing workshops and career immersion tours to provide real-world exposure to tech careers. Additionally, it offers service-learning opportunities by conducting coding workshops at K-12 outreach events and participating in initiatives such as Hermanas and Girls Get IT, inspiring the next generation of technology professionals. All skill levels are welcome.
