Yes, you can call me Nav. I grew up in Mokena, IL, a suburb of Chicago where I went to Elementary School and High School. I attended Lincoln-Way High School where I graduated in 1999. I went on to study at Joliet Jr. College with a major in Elementary Education and graduated with an Associates Degree in May 2002. I graduated in December of 2004 from Governors State University in University Park, IL with a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education with endorsements in Middle School Education, Social Science, and Language Arts. I enjoy the subjects that I teach and look forward to passing on my knowledge to you. I became a teacher because of the influence a teacher has had on my life. She has been a great inspiration in my life and I want to continue to inspire today’s youth. I played football, basketball and ran track in Jr. High and played 2 years of football and basketball in High School. I spend much of my time with my wife, Jo, my son, Jackson, and my darling pups, Roxie and Wrigley.
