Important Dates/Reminders:

• Sunday, August 9th: Parent Meeting

  • 5 p.m. at CFHS

• Monday, August 10: First official day of practice (WHOOPWHOOP!!!)

  • Practice this week (10-14) will be held at 7 a.m.- 9 a.m. at the High School

  • Bound Registration (Link to Bound App)

  • All physicals + Code of Conduct + Concussion form need to be submitted/signed to continue with practice 

• Monday, August 17: Afternoon practice starts

  • 3:30 p.m. at the High School

  • Weekday practices will be held in the afternoon from then on unless communicated otherwise***

• Wednesday, August 19: Fall Sports Kick-off @ CFHS

  • 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

• Friday, August 21: Mile Mania

  • Gates Open and Registration: 6:30

  • 7:00 pm: Community Miles

  • 7:15 pm: Junior High Mile

  • 7:30 pm: CFHS Girls and Boys 2 Mile

  • 8:00 pm: CFHS Girls and Boys Elite 2 Mile Time Trial
