News & Info:

  • Communications and Remind Sign Up: Lorelei will send an email to all parents and swimmers each Monday, giving an update for the week. If you have not completed the season sign up either on paper at our first meeting, or online, please click here to complete the sign up online Also, she uses the “Remind” app to send texts or emails to swimmers and parents when there is a change in practice or some other short notice item you need to know about. I will always send an email too, but Remind has been helpful in getting news out faster. Please sign up for Remind here or you can text @swimcf to the number 81010.

  • Breakfast!! On deck breakfasts are back for Fridays and Saturdays after practice! We need some help. On Fridays, we need a parent to pick up breakfast pizzas from KwikTrip on College Street, bring them to the pool, and then return the insulated warmer bags to KwikTrip. No payment needed. On Saturdays (only four of these through the season), we need several parents to sign up to bring an item or two for breakfast. You can sign up here for Friday breakfasts and here for Saturday breakfasts.

  • We depend on and greatly appreciate family and business contributions to help pay for various expenses throughout the season that are not otherwise covered by the school. Examples of these expenses include team meals, senior night, team poster, and the year-end banquet. If you would like to help in this way (this is optional), use this link to make a contribution. Practice Times:

  • Mornings: 6-7 am; M/F - Swimming at Holmes Pool, T/Th - Lifting at Cedar Falls High School

  • Evenings: Swim - 3:30-6 pm (Wednesdays 3:30-5:30)

  • Saturdays: Swim- 7-10 am

Note: No Tuesday evening or Saturday practices will occur when a meet is scheduled.
