Central Florida Phoenix is a dynamic 14U A girls' travel team representing Central Florida. Comprised of elite fastpitch softball players from the region, our primary goal is to create a highly competitive sports program that fosters individual development for each player, unlocking their highest potential within a positive and nurturing growth environment. With unwavering dedication and a passion for the sport, we aim to nurture the skills, teamwork, and character of our players, propelling them towards excellence both on and off the field.

RUBEN MALDONADO PRESIDENT
President of the CF Phoenix organization Ruben is seasoned veteran of of travel organizations and high school softball world. Ruben has over a decade of coaching experience, including camps and clinics. Extensive personal experience and knowledge in softball as well as team building. Ruben is a highly motivated coach helping young athletes reach their full potential while growing together as a team.

Jada Cruz Head Coach
Coach Cruz brings years of valuable experience in fastpitch softball, both as a high school player and in college.
2014-2018 Ocoee High School
2019-2021 Seminole State
2021-2023 Warner University
Coach Jada has also coached both a 12U and 14U teams as head travel ball coach over the last few years.
Her knowledge of the game and dedication to nurturing talent make her an ideal leader for the CF Phoenix organization. Under her guidance, players can expect not only skill development but also mentorship that emphasizes sportsmanship, resilience, and personal growth.
Coach Cruz is committed to fostering not just athletic skill but also sportsmanship, teamwork, and resilience in her athletes, shaping them into well-rounded individuals on and off the field.
