About Me

Welcome to Principles of Applied Engineering! My name is Kyle Robeau (you'll see Stephen Robeau on my email and other official documents, but I go by my middle name). This is my fourth year as a Smith Sabercat and I'm really looking forward to another awesome year.

I graduated from North Shore Senior High and got my undergraduate degree from Southwestern University in Georgetown, TX. After Southwestern, I got my masters from the University of Houston.

This will be my 17th year in education. I started my teaching career teaching Texas History in Galena Park ISD. After one year there, I started teaching math in Friendswood ISD. After 2 years of math, I started teaching the engineering classes in Friendswood and had done that for 10 years before starting in Cy Fair ISD.

My wife is also a Cy Fair ISD teacher, she teaches 7th grade Science at Spillane. I also have 3 kids, Austin (14), Gracie (11), and Jackson (4).

Lastly, I'm a huge Astros fan. Go Stros!
