Tournaments are impossible to run without volunteer judges. Parents, family, and community members are vital to ensure that speech and debate remains a viable opportunity for our students. This year all varsity team members will be responsible for securing two volunteer judges during our competition year.  Judging is easy and we are all here to help you. Please reach out to me if you would like judge training and we can provide that. As our team continues to explode in size it is more important than ever that we have your support. All judges must create an account on tabroom.com. Once you have created an account, there are several judge certifications that you should complete (NSDA Accreditation Level 1: Intro to Judging Debate, NSDA Accreditation Level 1: Intro to Judging Speech, NSDA Accreditation Level 1: Intro to Multicultural Competence).  There are several other event specific trainings that you are welcome to complete to help you feel more comfortable as a judge.
