Hello Everyone! I am so excited to be teaching Biology this year! This is my 15th year teaching and my 17th year at Langham Creek High School! Once a LOBO, always a LOBO! I have taught a number of courses over the years including Aquatic Science, Environmental Systems, Biology, Integrated Physics and Chemistry, Chemistry, and Physics. I am excited to get to share my passion for knowledge with you!Â
I am a graduate of Tarleton State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. GO TEXANS!
I am a mother of three amazing children who keep me busy, laughing, and down to earth. My daughter is a sophomore at Ottawa University in Kansas where she is a member of their Women's Wrestling program. My eldest son is a senior here at Langham Creek where he also participates on the Varsity Wrestling team, and my littlest one is a 2nd grader at Copeland Elementary. I also have a home filled with many animals from fresh and saltwater fish and corals, to a parrot, dogs, a bearded dragon, an eyelash crested gecko, a ball python and tortoises. We have a ZOO and I LOVE it! I love being at home with my family, reading, attending wrestling tournaments, being outdoors whether at the beach or in my own backyard and working on crafts. We are a very active family!
