Physicals
Students cannot participate in any activities in the summer or fall until they are cleared in the rankonesport.com system and have a current physical on file in the training office.

Failure to turn in physical paperwork will result in removal from the athletic period
Player Expectations
Academic excellence is a priority in our program and students will be closely monitored regarding their classroom performance. If balancing academic and athletic standards becomes too much of a struggle (failing, behavior, attendance, etc.), then said athlete may be removed from Swim & Dive program
Upholding the “Wildcat Character” is a major focus every school year. Students are expected to adhere to all rules in student code of conduct throughout the school community.
Practice Protocol - All practices are mandatory
Varsity/1st period Practice: 5:45 AM - 7:15AM JV/7th period Practice: 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM
You must be at practice EARLY each day. IF YOU ARE EARLY, YOU ARE ON TIME. IF YOU ARE ON TIME, YOU ARE LATE!!
Attire: Proper swimsuit and goggles are required. Other equipment such as fins, kick boards, pull buoys, etc. will be provided. Always be prepared.
If student will be missing practice for any reason, they are required to make their coach aware of the absence in advance. Consistent lack of communication may result in removal from the team.
