My teaching experience begun in 2009 as an Elementary school PE teacher here in Cy-Fair. After one year, I jumped to high school and back to my alma mater, Langham Creek, where I was for 8 years. While at Langham, I worked as an in-class support teacher for English I/II and coached volleyball and basketball.
In 2017, I opened up Bridgeland High School as an in-class support teacher for English I/II, head girls basketball, and assistant volleyball coach.
This year, I have moved over to the Health and PE department which I am extremely excited about.
I received a basketball scholarship to Weatherford Junior college in 2004, and after 2 years, I transferred to The University of Texas-San Antonio. I graduated in 2008 with my Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology. My passion has always been being active, living a healthy lifestyle, and I'm looking forward to crossing that passion over to my students and athletes.
My family consists of my two amazing sons, Ford (3) and Rowan (2). They are extremely active and keep me on my toes. We enjoy traveling to the country, swimming, hanging with family, and spending quality cuddle time. :)
