The "RULES" strategies provide a structure for reading carefully and thinking critically about each question. Anytime students have a STAAR, quiz or test type of question to answer, this is the strategy to use.

Parents: Please assist your child's teacher by checking your child’s homework for these strategies. You can also encourage your child to use their strategies when they are taking unit tests, benchmark tests, and STAAR.
