Welcome! I'm so glad you found your way to your library's web site. 

This is my sixth year as a librarian and eighteenth year in education! 

I was a teacher in Tomball ISD for 12 years and before that I worked in the corporate world as a graphic designer and web developer.

My undergraduate degree is in Journalism and Art from SHSU. My MLIS is from The University of Alabama!

I am from Houston, but I have also lived in Tennessee and Louisiana. I am a mother to three amazing daughters - Peyton, Jordan, & Hailey - ages 23, 23, & 22! I also have two furry kids, Mia and Maple, four granddogs that visit often for dog parties, and two wonderfully social and an amazingly talented hedgehogs, Oliver & Opal, who live in the library. 

In my spare time, I love to read, bike, camp, knit, and hang out with friends and family. I am very involved in my church.
