A Little About Mrs. Vergara

Hello!

My name is Allison Vergara and I teach 2nd grade Reading, Language Arts, and Social Studies.

Mr. Vergara and I have 4 children. Our daughter, the oldest at 22, is currently working through college. Our nine and six year old sons will be entering fifth and first grade at Horne, while our youngest, at four, must suffer through one more year of waiting to go to school like his sibliings.

I received my degree in Elementary Education from Stephen F. Austin State University. I have nine years of experience working with kindergarten through fifth grade students here at Horne Elementary as a paraprofessional and classroom teacher.
