Essential Elements

As you create a Google Form, there are several elements that will enable you to customize your form.

Question Options

There are several options for types of responses that respondents can give, as well as options for what happens after the question is answered.

Adjusting Settings

Under the Settings gear, you have several choices , including whether or not to automatically collect email addresses, restrict to within your domain, limit respondents to only one response, as well as giving respondents the ability to go back and edit their responses or to see the results.

Under the Presentation tab, you can choose to allow respondents to see their progress, shuffle the question order, show them a link to submit another response, and to customize the message they receive at the end of the form completion.
