GENERAL IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR SUMMER SCHOOL

Entry door opens at 8:15

Attendance

If your child will not be attending Exploration Academy/SAGE for any reason please notify the office staff by 8:30 am. Absences without prior notification may be mistaken for a missing child, and cause unnecessary concern and time searching for the child.

Snacks

• Please send a healthy snack for your student to eat during the day.
• Breakfast and Lunch are not served at this site.

· Please label all lunchboxes.

Dress Code

• Closed toe shoes are encouraged and required for physical activity classes.
• Students do not need to wear uniforms if their home campus has standard dress.

Bus Route and Personal Drop Off/Pick-Up Areas:

Make sure your student knows how they are getting home! You may want to send a note in their snack if they are in grades K-2.

BUS RIDERS: For students K-2, you MUST be there ON-TIME to pick up your student. If you are not there, the bus driver will bring them back to Blalack and you will have to pick up at Blalack.

Si su hijo no asistirá a Exploration Academy / SAGE por alguna razón, notifique al personal de la oficina antes de las 8:30 a.m. Las ausencias sin notificación previa pueden confundirse con un niño desaparecido y causar preocupación innecesaria y búsqueda de tiempo para el niño.

Aperitivos

• Envíe un refrigerio saludable para que su hijo coma durante el día.

• El desayuno y el almuerzo no se sirven en este sitio.

• Por favor marque todas las loncheras.

Código de vestimenta

• Se recomiendan y se requieren zapatos cerrados para las clases de actividad física.

• Los estudiantes no necesitan usar uniformes si el campus de su casa tiene una vestimenta estándar.

Ruta del autobús y áreas personales de entrega / retiro:

¡Asegúrese de que su hijo sepa cómo van a llegar a casa! Es posible que desee enviar una nota en su bocadillo si están en los grados K-2.

PARTICIPANTES EN EL AUTOBÚS: Para los estudiantes K-2, DEBES estar a tiempo para recoger a tu estudiante. Si no está allí, el conductor del autobús se los devolverá a Blalack y tendrá que recoger a Blalack.
