Day 11: Optimize Your Drive Search with Chrome

Feel like saving some clicks when searching for something in Drive? Customize your Chrome browser to search your Google Drive from your address bar!

Go to your settings in Google Chrome
Go to Manage search engines and site search
Scroll down to Site Search and click add
In the name field, call it Google Drive (or whatever you want)
For the shortcut, type drive
In the URL spot, paste this: https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/search?q=%s
After you save, close Chrome.
Open Chrome. Now you can type drive in your address bar, then hit tab or space. That will narrow your search to specifically search through your Google Drive
