Welcome to the 2024 KCC Cross Country Carnival
Carnival Day - Monday 07/04/25, 8.50am - 10.45pm
PROGRAM OF EVENTS
NOTE: The College will run on a normal timetable for the day (NO PERIOD 1 & 2).
8.30am -Students attend PC as usual, attendance marked and chip bibs distributed.
-Spare/non-attendees/injured students chip bibs to be returned to the staff official near the Finish Line (Rugby Oval).
8.45 - PC groups move to House areas near Finish Line (Rugby Oval).
- Welcome/Prayer/Race Briefing.
9.15 - Year 11/12 students move to Warm Up area.
9.25 - Race begins Wave 1 / Wave 2 (2 mins apart).
9.27 - Year 7/8 students move to Warm Up area.
9.35 - Race begins Wave 1 / Wave 2 (2 mins apart).
9.37 - Year 9/10 students move to Warm Up area.
9.45 - Race begins Wave 1 / Wave 2 (2 mins apart).
30 min cut-off times (House points for Spirit Shield):
Yr 11/12: 9.55am (9.57am)
Yr 7/8: 10.05am (10.07am)
Yr 9/10: 10.15am (10.17am)
- Students who have not finished in 30 mins should still continue to complete the course.
-Once finished, all students are to remain at the Recovery Area/House Bays at Rugby Oval/Finish Line.
10.25am Approx. - Gather in House Bays for Presentations/Results.
- Year Level Champions/Runners Up; Spirit Shield; Champion House.
- Attendance Check.
10.45am - Dismissal to Recess.
