5. Arrin working with Wausau on sessions and number of people they want. Also talking about grants and contract deliverables they want to meet.

6. CESA 9 staff who were selected to present have been sent an email (on 7/15)

   1. Please review the session proposal spreadsheet and note the schedule tab with the daily schedule.  

   2. In late September, you will be notified of your actual facilitation time and location.  If you submitted multiple proposals, you will be notified of the session(s) you will be facilitating.

   3. If your response was "unsure" please comment with your Session Topic (Column E) and Description (Column F) no later than August 15. 

   4. Column K - Grant Funding Name or Code: if your proposal can be covered with grant funds, please comment in your row with the appropriate assigned name or funding code of grant (see Heidi Lehman's proposal as an example)

   5. Please plan to arrive at 8am and stay until 3pm.  

October 14 @ Lakeland Union High School (LUHS),  all CESA 9 staff on this list will be facilitating

October 18 @ Stratford, CESA 9 staff will be notified based on district participant registration. Please continue to hold the date until notified. 

November 1 @ Merrill Area,  CESA 9 staff will be notified based on district participant registration. Please continue to hold the date until notified.
