Exhibits will be 7’x9’ spaces in the ballroom, registration area and other spaces around the Chula Vista convention center. Exhibits will be 8:30 am- 5:00 pm on Tuesday, August 11, 2026.
Exhibit assembly will be on August 10th, 6:00-8:00 pm or August 11th, 6:30 —8:30 a.m. Each booth must be ready for viewing by 8:30 a.m. Exhibits must be staffed and remain intact from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m (following social hour). All dismantling must be finished and all exhibit material moved from the exhibit hall by 7:00 p.m. the same day. Contact Chula Vista for shipping items to the conference center. Exhibitor information will be emailed to all contracted exhibitors by July 1st, 2026. It is agreed that the exhibitor will abide by the rules and regulations stated here. Any organization that doesn’t abide by the rules or dismantling during the conference hours may result in loss of future invitation.
All exhibitors may attend sessions, but need to have one person at the booth outside of keynote and workshop sessions. All exhibitors shall wear a badge that identifies their name and company. If the exhibitor would like to do a giveaway raffle, they may do so. Information regarding promotions will be collected after July 1st and the conference team will include information in promotional communications and winners can be announced prior to social hour.
Space will be allocated upon receipt of payment. Cancellations prior to July 11th, will be assessed a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 30 days of the conference.
