CESA #1 has a cadre of expert professionals available for a wide range of topics. As a cooperative, we work closely with our clients to craft coaching and consulting solutions that will increase the knowledge, skills and expertise of their staff, and support the students in their care.
We will work closely with your team to identify professional learning needs and opportunities for growth. A consultation will be scheduled with your school to collaboratively discuss systems and practices currently in place, and identify any gaps or additional supports that may be needed.
Based on that initial consultation, we will work with you to develop a plan that will meet the unique needs of your educators and student population. This may include opportunities for professional learning, classroom observations, coaching or other supports, such as:
