CODE club


At Adkison Elementary, we have a CODE club for students 1st-6th grade where they get to practice their coding, creativity, and collaboration skills. Activities are hands on and students engage in project based learning. Lessons are student centered. If you walk into a coding class, you will see students engaged and working together to problem solve and create. You will see them being engineers in training and building with Legos, blocks, etc.. You will see them writing and building CODE with video game like software from CODE.org and Tynker.


Code club takes place on select Fridays after school (see the schedule below) from 2:55-3:55.
