Welcome to Science!
Hello! My name is Marsha Kaslon. I this is my first year at Centura and my 4th year of teaching Science. I have had my teaching certificate since 2008 and my first endorsement was History. I attended Univeristy of Nebraska at Kearney, Bellevue University and Chadron State College. I graduated from Doniphan High School in 1995.
I live on a farm near Ashton, with my husband John. We have six children. Claire (graduate of Nebraska Wesleyan), James (graduate of Doane), Johnny (graduate of SEC, Beatrice), Jack (attending Hastings CCC), Josef (Junior at St. Paul) and Joel, Freshman (St. Paul) and many fur babies.
I enjoy all things science and history, and love combining both in my reading and learning. I am an avid reader and have an excellent beginning for my own library at home. I am a life long learner and I am a firm believer of always trying to better yourself by expanding your knowledge.
I believe one day the Huskers will make it to a bowl game again, red tractors are superior to the green ones, and coffee is a food group.
