Welcome to Science!
Welcome to Science!
Hello! My name is Marsha Kaslon. I this is my second year at Centura and my 5th year of teaching Science. I have had my teaching certificate since 2008 and I have endorsements in Science and History. I attended Univeristy of Nebraska at Kearney, Bellevue University and Chadron State College. I graduated from Doniphan High School in 1995.
I live on a farm near Ashton, with my husband John. We have six children. Claire (graduate of Nebraska Wesleyan), James (graduate of Doane), Johnny (graduate of SEC, Beatrice), Jack (attending Hastings CCC), Josef (Senior, St. Paul) and Joel, (Sophomore, St. Paul) and several mini-Aussies.
I enjoy all things science and history, and love combining both in my reading, learning and in the classroom. I enjoy reading, buying books before I read the ones I have, and traveling to new places. I love exploring outside and discovering new to me beautiful places.
I love watching football in the fall (college), red tractors, the Huskers, and drinking coffee to start my day.
