In the HALLWAY:

Be Safe:

Walk on the right side of the hallway.

Use the appropriate stairwells (up and down only).

Responsible:

Keep the hallways clean and free of trash.

Achievement:

Move quickly to class.

Values:

Be kind and respectful to others.

Use appropriate language.

Keep hands and feet to self.

Respect student work on walls.

Engaged:

Travel with grade level during allotted time.

Be BRAVE

In the CLASSROOM:

Be Safe:

Stay in your seats. 

Keep control of supplies.

Use hand sanitizer upon entering and exiting the classroom.

Responsible:

Be prepared for class.  

Bring appropriate materials including a pencil/pen, iPad, etc.

Have your homework completed and iPad fully charged.

Achievement:

Take pride in your work.

Be on time for class.

Values:

Be kind and respectful to others.

Use appropriate language.

Engaged:

Be in the classroom before the bell rings.

Actively participate.

Be BRAVE

In the CAFETERIA:

Be Safe:

Stay seated and use quiet voices.

Responsible:

Clean your area.

Put your trash in the garbage cans.

Keep your hands to yourself.

Achievement:

Clean your area prior to dismissal.

Values:

Be kind and respectful to others.

Use appropriate language.

Respect others’ belongings.

Engaged:

Pay attention to the lunchroom monitors for instructions.

On the BUS:

Be Safe:

Stay seated.

Keep hands and feet to self.

Keep all belongings and body parts inside the bus at all times.

Observe all safety rules of the bus.

Responsible:

Follow loading and exiting procedures.

Put trash in the designated receptacle.

Achievement:

Assist others where needed.

Report safety concerns to the bus drivers and principals.

Values:

Be kind and respectful to others.

Use appropriate language.

Respect others’ belongings.

Engaged:

Be on time for the bus.

In the BATHROOM:

Be Safe:

Wash your hands for at least 20 seconds.

Keep hands and feet to yourself.

Responsible:

Put trash in appropriate receptacles.

Achievement:

Keep the area clean.

Values:

Respect others’ privacy.

Use appropriate language.

Engaged:

Utilize the digital hall pass when exiting and returning to the classroom after using the bathroom.

Be cognizant of the time away from the classroom.
