Special Requests

• Please be sure to label your child’s jacket, lunchbox, and backpack with their name.

• Kindly place any school supplies you choose to send with your child in a gallon-sized bag labeled with your child’s name—I will gladly store everything for them.

• To help keep our learning environment focused, please do not send large binders, bulky folders, organizers, or any items that may become a distraction.

• Lastly, remember to check your child’s folder each day for homework assignments and important notes from school.

Items Needed

• Backpack – No wheels, please

• Headphones – Required for iPad use

I will provide the headphone adapter for the iPad

Please do not send AirPods, earbuds, or Bluetooth headphones

• Water Bottle – Labeled with first and last name
  Bringing a water bottle is optional. If your child brings one, please label it with their first and last name. Students may also use the classroom or hallway water fountain.

Donations

We’re always in need of tissues, Clorox wipes, and hand sanitizer throughout the school year. While donations are never required, they are always greatly appreciated!

New Communication Tool (coming soon)
The district will be transitioning to ParentSquare in October as our main communication platform for families. ParentSquare will allow you to receive important updates, announcements, and classroom communication all in one place.

Until then, we will use Remind to share classroom messages and updates. Joining Remind is not required, but it is very helpful in receiving reminders and important information. Please see the directions below for how to join our class on Remind.
