The usernames consist of the entire last name, followed by the first 3 letters of their first name, and also adding the last two digits of of their graduating year.

Passwords: cv-####### (####### is their student ID number unique to each student).

Students - CHARGE YOUR IPAD!!!

We will be using our ipads for all of math class on a daily basis and most science classes as well. If students come to school without their ipads charged, it is no different than missing their binder, notebooks, and textbooks. Please make sure they are fully charged each day.

Homework assignments can be found below on my calendar.

Students do NOT have agendas this year. Homework will be listed on the board each day however and students will be instructed to take a picture of the board as a way of tracking their assignments. For virtual students, I will try to show the homework board at the end of each day.

FIFTH GRADE MATH WEBSITE

Our math curriculum is based on six modules that are based on the PA state modules. Module two deals with numbers and operations in base ten.

Topics include writing and solving expressions, adding and subtracting decimals, multiplying and dividing whole numbers and decimals.

Students can also use Freckle (formerly Front Row) for extra practice. More information can be found by clicking here - "Freckle" . They can login using their first and last name and the class code.
