Course Description

The nine-week course is divided into three parts. The first part will focus on nutrition, safety and general procedures regarding food preparations. Students will plan, prepare, and cook various foods. The second part will focus on managing money and basic essential concepts relating to credit and consumer spending. The last part will focus on effective communication, public speaking, and proper etiquette.
