Course Content

Entrepreneurship teaches free enterprise fundamentals through hands-on activities and lectures which also lend well to project-based learning.  This course encourages students like yourselves to start your own business and enhance business skills for future career opportunities. Students will gain knowledge in entrepreneurship and confidence in their ability to be successful.  This class brings markets to life by operating the CV coffee shop and participating in Market Day.  Market day is where students will build and pitch a small business model and then partake in Market Day in which they sell their product(s).  This course can be taken as College-in-High-School credit for a fee.  Students are not required to enroll for college credit.

The class motto is:   It’s okay to fail, but expect to succeed.
