The header in the top left will tell you if the information is residential or commercial.

On the first column to the left you can see the square feet (sf) of the building and the value. The order of the square feet corresponds to the address so if there are four addresses the first square foot will be for the first address listed. This also applies to the value of the house. The value sometimes will show up as xxxx this is when there are other values given at different addresses, but not that one. This is so the order of the values to the addresses does not get confused. 

The second column is the contractor information this usually includes the name of the contractor, their phone number, their address and email. 

The third column is the owner information usually the owner information is kept confidential but sometimes we are able to find it. 

The fourth column shows all of the job locations. The best way to keep the information condensed and simple is to only say the street name once. All of the street numbers that come before the street name are the ones that are on that street.
