Application for NEHS officer positions

  • Please submit a hard copy of your application to Dr. Mueller by (You can usually find her in room 235 or the library.)

  • You may complete the application in Google Docs and print a typed copy. (You will have to make a copy of the form in your school Google Drive.)

  • Neatly hand-written applications are also acceptable.

2-year members - Pick up a scholarship application in room 235.
