If you are having an issue with a school-assigned Chromebook or other school-related technology issue, contact your teacher. And remember - your first troubleshooting step should always be rebooting the Chromebook. When in doubt, reboot it out!
If the Chromebook is having issues connecting to wifi at home/away from school, have the student/parent/guardian check the date and time and make sure it's correct. You click on that via the bottom right hand corner. If the date and/or time is wrong, change it, then reboot the Chromebook and try again.
The first time logging into the Chromebook, log in and wait 15 minutes for everything to load. You may need to reboot once after that as well if the Chromebook has just finished an update.
