Welcome, 8th Graders!

Welcome to my class! My name is Dillion Remshardt and I am ecstatic to be your child's teacher this year! On this webpage you will be able to find the course syllabus, my contact information and course schedule, as well as an updated weekly agenda for lesson plans.

I teach 8th grade Reading. There's so many exciting experiences to be had in this course!

About Me:

This is my seventh year teaching and I am so blessed to work at Central! I wouldn't want to teach anywhere else!

My educational background:

• Graduated from Central High School in 2013.

• Associate of Arts from Mineral Area College in 2014.

• Bachelor of Science in Middle School Education from Missouri Southern State University in 2017.

• Master of Science in Educational Leadership from Northwest Missouri State University in 2024.

I am certified to teach Middle School Social Studies and English, as well as to serve as a building principal. My future goals (after several years in the classroom) include becoming an Instructional Coach for middle/high school teachers, serving as an upper-elementary principal, and teaching pre-service teachers.

My hobbies include: reading, singing, watching movies, hiking, exercising, playing volleyball, traveling, and enjoying time with friends and family.
