IHOMP SAT Pilot Validation at Dr.PJGMRMC

2024 October 09 - The Department of Health Central Luzon Center for Health Development (DOH CLCHD), through the Health Facility Development Unit (HFDU), conducted its pilot validation of the Revised Integrated Hospital Operations and Management Program (IHOMP) Self-Assessment Tool (SAT) at Dr. Paulino J. Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center (Dr. PJGMRMC), a Level 3 DOH-retained hospital located in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija.

The validation team comprised Dr. Madison M. Dominguez, Medical Officer IV, Mr. Gil Castillano, Computer Programmer I, Mr. Marvine M. Mendoza, Development Management Officer II, Ms. Marichris Sunga, Development Management Officer II and Ms. Maureen Joy Halili, Medical Technologist II. 

During the validation, Dr.PJGMRMC exhibited a robust dedication to the performance standards set forth in the IHOMP SAT, as evidenced by their consistent implementation of hospital policies associated with the program. 

Following the validation process, the team was joined by Dr.PJGMRMC’s Chief of Hospital, Dr, along with the hospital's focal persons on IHOMP to discuss the results, analysis, and action plan based on the findings.

CLCHD HFDU was pleased to announce that Dr.PJGMRMC had achieved a 94.75 rating, a Very Satisfactory score in the IHOMP Self Asssessment Tool.
