Capital Area Esports League (CAEL) is a collection of the high school esports teams in the Greater Baton Rouge Area. They are a chapter of Louisiana Scholastic Esports Federation (LASEF) which in turn is a chapter of National Scholastic Esports Federation (NASEF).

PlayVS is a website that helps coordinate different scholastic esports teams across the nation. Through them we compete against many other schools usually in the Central Time Zone region of the United States.
