Mrs. Greving-Brown
After graduating from CCHS in 1985, I attended the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Human Development and the Family in 1989. The following year, in 1990, I completed a graduate degree in Social Work. I am currently pursuing another graduate degree.
I have worked in a variety of settings, beginning with managing the social work department at the Grand Island Veterans Home. This was followed by owning a mental health private practice and seeing individuals, families, and couples. I was also a child custody evaluator for several district courts during this time. Most recently, I have been a school social worker for Grand Island Public Schools.
I am excited to serve in a progressive school district passionate about its students’ success. I look forward to working with each of you.
Mrs. Brondel
After graduating from Northwest High School in 2000, I attended the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. I graduated with a degree in Agricultural Education. I have taught at Fullerton High School, Northwest High School, and am in my fifth year in Central City. I graduated from Doane College in 2017 with a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction and from Chadron State University in 2024 with a Master's Degree in 7-12 School Counseling.
My passion is working with students and diving deeper into what they want to pursue after high school. I firmly believe it’s okay not to know exactly what they want to do but to have the resources to try different things. I am excited to serve the students in a forward-thinking school district and provide opportunities for our students to explore different career paths.
