Consumer Math

Consumer Math is designed for students on a modified diploma track, or for those who need additional exposure and support with math skills. Through targeted, modified instruction, students will hone skills in math operations, problem solving, critical thinking, and real-world application (such as financial math skills). These skills will help students achieve success in school (including in future math classes) and life after graduation.

Connecting Math Concepts

Connecting Math Concepts is designed for students on a modified diploma track, or for those who need additional exposure and support with math skills. Through targeted, modified instruction, students will hone skills in math operations, problem solving, critical thinking, and real-world application (such as financial math skills). In addition, this class covers topics from pre-algebra, which can help students prepare for Algebra Essentials or Algebra 1. These skills will help students achieve success in school (including in future math classes) and life after graduation.
