A gentle reminder as per our Attendance policy (page 7):
- The school day starts at 8.45am when children can begin to come into school;
- Registers are taken at 8.50am;
- Children arriving after 8.55am are required to come into school via the school office. They must report to the office and provide a reason for their lateness, which is recorded.
Teachers will open the classroom doors at 8.45am and the gates will close at 8.55am.
In the morning, there is a member of staff on duty (LSA/LMA) who is responsible for seeing the children in. This member of staff will pass the messages to the teacher. The teacher will then either phone the parent/carer and make an appointment for later or speak to them at the end of the day where possible.

Top attendance:

Please remember arriving on time for school is important because late arrivals will miss and also disrupt the learning already happening in class.
