You are an athlete; this is a mental sport. As a coach, I will give you the tools to win--not just in competition--but in life. I will push you.  I will challenge you. And I do this because I care about YOU and I know what you can achieve.

If you need to talk, to share, to vent, I am here for you. My love for you extends beyond forensics.

The Challenge of the Chase

1. “What is your chase?” For almost anything you want to do in the future, forensics will get you there. We provide the tools to run the race, we will run the race with you, and you will win.

2. What motivates your greatness? We are going to work with you to achieve that goal.

3. There is an END GAME to your participation.  Our alumni achieve great things, and that is true nationally of all competitors in Speech and Debate.

           No forensics coaches were drafted for their positions. 

          There was no lure of fame or money.  

          We coach because we want our students to succeed.

The Greater Value Perspective

• Every coach sets a value on their program and their students. As coaches, we will maintain that standard and outwardly show it to the masses.
  
  

1. You should not set goals; set expectations.  You can change your goals, but your expectations are constant.

2. We need you on this team.  We exist because of your efforts and the role you fulfill on our team.

3. We need diversity on this team.  We believe in the equality of all people, and all have a place on our team.

4. “The grind is what separates the great ones from those who just dream to be great.”  Nas  Your coaches work very hard for YOU. We expect you to work equally hard.

5. People may doubt what you say, but they will believe what you do.  Participation on our team gives you a voice--and the arena to act upon your words.
