Welcome to Center Joint Unified School District's Virtual Calming Room.

Here at Center Joint Unified School District we know that these current times may be challenging. Change occurred in everyone’s life from one day to the next. You may be feeling scared, confused, lonely, numb, angry, grateful, or calm. Your resilience and determination in getting through these times is admirable. We want to aid your efforts in navigating through uncharted waters, as you are very important to us.

Remember, your feelings are normal during these unprecedented times.

The CJUSD Virtual Calming Room was created for you as a place to explore, enjoy, and learn new techniques for managing your emotions. It is just one of the many ways we are here to support you.
