Compassion, empathy, and a focus on client-centered goals are at the heart of my approach to therapy. I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to move toward becoming the best version of themselves, and I am here to support that journey with care and intention.

I am a graduate-level intern working under the supervision of Rebecca Juliana, LISW-S, while completing my Master of Social Work (MSW) at Cleveland State University, with an anticipated graduation in May 2026. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a trauma-informed therapy that can help individuals process and heal from distressing experiences.

As a therapist, I am LGBTQ+ affirming and committed to creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive space for all clients. I believe that every person deserves affirming, respectful, and empowering care—and I strive to be that therapist for you.

One of my guiding beliefs comes from Brené Brown: "Vulnerability is not weakness; it’s our greatest measure of courage." When we allow ourselves to be vulnerable, we open the door to healing and growth. I am here to walk alongside you in that process.

I currently see clients ages 16 and older.
