I am a licensed social worker with a passion for helping people feel seen, heard, and supported. I completed my Master of Social Work at The Ohio State University and earned my Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Toledo. My approach is rooted in creating a safe, inclusive space where every client—especially those in the LGBTQ community—can feel comfortable exploring their healing journey.

I'm trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a powerful tool for trauma therapy, and have completed Level 1 training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) through the IFS Institute. I’m especially drawn to holistic and integrative methods that honor the connection between body, mind, and spirit. I also enjoy incorporating expressive arts into sessions, providing creative ways to process and express emotions.
