I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker who has worked with and provided therapy for a variety of populations. I have worked with people struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, social and relationship concerns, and chronic pain and illness.

My approach to therapy is to create a space and a relationship that allows my clients to feel safe sharing. I take a holistic look at all the factors impacting a person and work with them to decide their focus of therapy. I utilize a variety of therapy techniques including EMDR, parts work and aspects of somatic therapies.

Therapy will start with hearing your story and learning what you want to work on. We will build on your existing strengths to gain insight and learn what you need for healing. I am affirming of all gender and sexual identities and will work with adults 18 y/o and above.
