Counseling can be provided one-on-one to you or your child to help you explore the ways that your thoughts, actions, and relationship patterns are affecting your overall well-being. I can assist you as you set intentions for your life, help you identify what is holding you back, and support you as you find meaningful ways to grow and evolve through this season of your life.
For parents and caregivers: Counseling differs from parent coaching because in counseling we dive into the ways that your history is impacting your relationship with your children. We identify triggers and help you resolve the inner struggles you are facing by bringing the shadows into the light. We look for ways to show compassion to all that you are and meet your needs so that you can better meet the needs of your children.

Parent coaching gives you the opportunity to have an outsiders view of the patterns and behaviors you are seeing in your child. I help to uncover some of the meaning behind the behavior and guide you as you come to a better understanding of ways to meet those needs. Parent coaching is typically fewer sessions and focuses on your parenting style and ways to increase connection and find balance for your family.

“Have patience with everything that remains unsolved in your heart. Try to love the questions themselves, like locked rooms and like books written in a foreign language. Do not now look for the answers. They cannot now be given to you because you could not live them. It is a question of experiencing everything. At present you need to live the question. Perhaps you will gradually, without even noticing it, find yourself experiencing the answer, some distant day.”
― Rainer Maria Rilke, Letters to a Young Poet
