My Commitment

We all know how it is. We sign a paper. We join a community organization. We commit to X, Y, and Z…..and then life happens. The commitment slides. The engagement falters. And before we know it, the “commitment” is barely thought about. 

Don’t worry, you’re not the only one! We all experience that, and we want to avoid Family Membership ending up like the forgotten bag of clutter in the back of your closet. 

For that reason, every Family Member will go through a recommitment process. There will be an online teaching pathway that has updated content based on the unique season and needs of our church family. It will not be the same content each year, but an updated message and reminder of what we need to focus on as a church family. You will be notified by the church when it is time for your renewal process, but it will likely be every two years or so. 

In addition to the recommitment through the online pathway, we will also meet with each Family Member for a personal check in. You will have either an Elder, Staff member, or Deacon meet with you to ask how your soul is doing, how the Family Member Commitment is going, and how we can be praying for you.
